In Episode #68, proudly recorded at Test Pattern Studios:

  • Chopt Creative Salad Company opening a WSNC location.
  • West Salem Public House opens on Green St in the West Salem neighborhood.
  • Famous Toastery.
  • Food Holidays.

  1. The reason it took so long to open the West Salem Public House is because all 3 of the partners had babies that year!! They decided to postpone the opening to take care of their families. They aren’t going to serve liquor . They are all fine people & the neighborhood supports them. PS I live in West Salem & it’s a great place to live!!

    • Wow! That is a pretty great reason! Yeah, I think it will be good. I love the idea of the “neighborhood bar.” And, I like West Salem. Stephanie and I are including it in our home search. Thanks for listening!
